Dell 3070 pxe boot
I am seeing somewhere the total GB of harddisk, but not in bios. It also creates various other system partitions. If there is no Bootmgr file listed on Bios, you will need to create one to tell the bios to look for this when booting. I'm hoping I can fix the boot segment, but I'm not sure which utility is easiest to use and able to repair a Windows 7 MBR.

Go into the bios, under the boot tab there is an option for CSM, make sure it is disabled. Any chance you accidentally legacy PXE booted? That would explain why the HDD was initialized as MBR as well as why no boot devices would be found afterward, since you can't legacy boot to internal HDD on that machine.
I was able to Install windows using winpe usb unable to load again into windows or bios as it comes up with the message mentioned on my very first post. You can't legacy boot to internal HDD. You have to use the supplied network dongle. This particular computer has a docking station box, then it has a bunch of dongles to use instead of the dock box.
The dock box is not recognized by the system bios but the dongle is. Also, each one has its own MAC address so you can get the MAC address of the dongle by plugging it in to another computer USB port and run the command prompt and type "getmac". Then unplug it and run getmac again and which ever one is not on the list the 2nd time is the correct MAC address for the dongle.

I wanted to install Windows 10 and I did it myself. I run killdisk. Drives will have to be removed and then boot modes in bios cleared. Then Just hard drive reinstalled, cleared, then os put on. BIOS is not a boot manager for dual boot of multi os. I too am a user. Nothing coming in diagnostic, after successfully installed OS and after restarting it's saying no bootable device found not booting from HDD.

I am really, really embarrassed. I had the machine next to our server rack in our IT room and there was a free patch cord from a server we had just decommissioned. So, I thought "how convenient!
